GENERAL/ OPEN SESSION:
Meeting called to order 6:04pm by Shaheen Soloman- President
ANNOUNCEMENTS/PRESENTATIONS/OTHER BUSINESS
- Adult Mixer scheduled for 9/23. RSVP required.
- Porch Crawl – Kamilah will reach out to host to remind them to let their neighbors know there will be increased traffic during the crawl.
- Wednesday October 4th, Bike to School Day
- New Homeowner “Welcome” policy.
- Homeowners will be required to attend an orientation in order to receive access badges etc. During orientation the community rules and regulations will be discussed, and amenities access will be granted.
- If any residents are interested in serving on the welcome committee, please reach out to the alliance.
- Upcoming elections – need vote to approve election proctor. Tenatively assigned to Alliance member with understanding that Board will proctor the next Alliance election (ElectionBuddy)
- 3 positions on the HOA board are open and 2 positions on the Alliance board are open
