Rules and Regulations
To assure maximum enjoyment and utilization of the Tributary Tennis Center by residents, guests and members, the following rules and regulations will be observed at all times. It is hoped that the pride all residents take in our tennis facility will make every experience an enjoyable one!
- Reserving Courts: Tennis court reservations can be made through www.ReserveMyCourt.com. Reservations will be for one (1) specific court at a designated time period. Reservations can be made in ½ hour increments for up to 4 hours of play time.
- Each resident is permitted 2 guests. The exception will be for ALTA teams and their regularly scheduled matches and practice only. Non-resident Tributary ALTA team members will pay $25 per season. All guests will abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Tributary Tennis Center at all times.
- All Resident's should have proof of residency when using the courts.
- All players shall be dressed in appropriate attire, which includes: shirts, tennis shoes, shorts or warm up suits. These items must be worn at all times. Inappropriate attire includes sports bras without covered shirt, cutoffs, swim wear and T-shirts displaying profanity. Hard and/or black soled shoes are restricted from the tennis courts.
- Smoking inside the Tennis Center building or tennis court areas is not permitted to ensure courtesy for all residents and their guests.
- No food or beverages, other than water, will be permitted on the playing surfaces.
- No pets are permitted inside the Tennis Center gated area or courts.
- Glass containers are not allowed in court areas.
- Players shall refrain from profanity and other loud noises while on the tennis courts.
- Tennis Courts should only be used for Tennis and/or Pickleball. No skateboarding, bikes, scooters, motorized toys, gas operated vehicles, inline or regular skates are permitted on the courts.
- Throwing of racquets and destruction of tennis center property shall not be permitted.
- No furniture, other than benches already provided will be allowed on the playing surfaces.
- Juniors: Junior players are those under the age of 16. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by their parent or have adult supervision at all times while at the Tennis Center. Junior residents between ages 12- 16 have equal rights in obtaining a court reservation. They must follow the same court reservation procedures. Those under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or an adult over the age of 18.
- Parents are responsible for their children's use of the court and conduct on them.
- Team Tennis: A maximum of two (2) courts will be allowed for team tennis practice and matches.
- Ball Machine: The ball machine is to be used by registered club members only. Please contact club president for more information.
- Tributary has several ALTA teams that play.
- No Fireworks or explosive devices are permitted at any Tributary Amenities.
- Fines will be assessed as necessary for any patron that does not adhere to the above and posted rules at Tributary Amenities.
Hours of Operation
Tennis courts are open from 7 am - 11 pm daily. The Tennis Center main gate can only be accessed using a Resident Amenity Access Card. Each court may also be accessed with your Resident Amenity Access Card.
Court Lights
Court lights are located on the right side of the Tennis Center building and are labeled according to court number. Please allow up to five (5) minutes for the lights to fully illuminate. After play, please extinguish lights prior to leaving the court area. Lights are timed to turn off at 11 pm when courts close.
Guests
Residents may invite guests to play while the Tennis Center is open. Each resident is permitted 2 guests. The exception will be for ALTA teams and their regularly scheduled matches and practice only.
