Riverbanks Pool

Your community pools are for residents and accompanied guests ONLY. Smoking is PROHIBITED within the gated pool area. This is in accordance with the Georgia Smoke free Air Act of 2005, Section 31-12A-7. Please observe these and other posted rules for an enjoyable pool season!
The following rules and regulations have been adopted to ensure health, safety, and fair use of all pools by Tributary at New Manchester residents.
General Access and Identification
- Hours of operation: 8am to 11pm daily. Gates will be locked at 11:00 pm!
- No Lifeguard - swim at your own risk.
- Pools will have pool monitors that will sign-in residents and their guests.
- There will be a $10 charge to replace a lost “resident” band. Guests will receive a 1-time use wrist band, that must be worn while using the pool for the day.
- Please inform unaccompanied minors (14 and older) and house guests of this procedure.
- Please show courtesy to all pool monitors.
- Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
- Parents are encouraged NOT to allow their children under the age of 18 to use the pool unless accompanied by an adult.
Guest Policy
- Maximum four guests per household per day are allowed to use the pools.
- You must be at least 18 to have guests at the pool without parental supervision.
- Residents must accompany their guests to the pool.
- House guests of Tributary residents may use the pool for the duration of their stay. If you have a houseguest that would like to use the pool, please inform Silverleaf at contactus@silverleafmanagement.com
- Residents are liable and responsible for any damage caused by their guests.
- All residents must sign in with the pool monitors and have their guests registered prior to using the pools.
Rules for Health, Safety, and Behavior
- No diving!
- Running, unnecessary noise, boisterous, and rough play are prohibited.
- Children who are not toilet-trained must wear a swim diaper and/or rubber pants under swimsuits. $150 fine for contamination of pool. REPORT A CONTAMINATION IMMEDIATELY TO POOL MONITOR.
- No smoking, including vaping, is permitted inside the fenced-in pool or patio area.
- You may not bring a grill inside the fenced-in pool area.
- Absolutely no glass containers within the fenced-in pool and patio area.
- No gum, food or drinks are to be brought into the water.
- Animals are not permitted in the fenced-in pool/patio area or VAC building.
- People with open cuts, wounds, sores, or blisters may not use the pool.
Facility Use and Cleanliness
- Please make sure to clean up your trash and place it inappropriate receptacles outside. Please wipe down tables after your use.
- Only proper swimming attire will be allowed in the pool area. Family friendly swimwear only.
- No pool furniture or other equipment shall be removed or moved from the fenced in pool or patio area.
- Music may only be played at moderate levels. No explicit language!
- Only swim coaches or instructors approved by the board of directors may conduct classes or lessons.
- Playgrounds and putting green are not monitored and all residents and guests should use those facilities at their own risk.
- POOL PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Babysitter/Guardian Policy
- A babysitter or guardian is defined as a person at least 18 years of age, that is not a parent or sibling, who has the parent’s permission to bring their children to the pools.
- The parent must submit a letter that states the name and age of the babysitter, the name(s) and phone number(s) of the parent(s) in the event of an emergency, and the names and ages of the children being escorted by the babysitter/guardian to contactus@silverleafmanagement.com.
- The letter should be signed and dated by at least one of the parents. The babysitter/guardian must stay with the children while at the pool.
Amenity Suspension
- Pool use privileges may be suspended by Tributary at New Manchester for nonpayment of HOA dues or charges for other violations of the Association’s legal documents or amenity rules and regulations.
Infraction Policy
Violation of these rules may result in fines and suspension of pool privileges. It is each owners’ responsibility to comply with the pool rules. Owners are responsible for their guests.
First Infraction:
- The person violating the rules will be notified of the violation and asked to suspend the behavior in question. This request will be documented including the date, all individuals involved, and a description of the incident.
- A letter explaining the infraction and a copy of the Pool Rules and Regulations and Infraction Policy will be sent to the home of the offending party.
Second Infraction:
- Pool privileges will be suspended for30 days. If the violation is by an underaged person, then they must be accompanied by an adult of the residence.
- A letter explaining the infraction and possibly the loss of privileges for the period will be sent to the home of the offending party.
Immediate Suspension:
- If at any time a person is found to be posing a significant health or safety risk to other swimmers, pool privileges can be suspended immediately for the remainder of the season.
