Village Pool

Riverbanks Pool

Your community pools are for residents and accompanied guests ONLY.  Smoking is PROHIBITED within the gated pool area.  This is in accordance with the Georgia Smoke free Air Act of 2005, Section 31-12A-7.  Please observe these and other posted rules for an enjoyable pool season!

 

The following rules and regulations have been adopted to ensure health, safety, and fair use of all pools by Tributary at New Manchester residents.

General Access & Identification

  • Pool monitors will check in residents and guests.

  • Lost resident wristbands can be replaced for $10.

  • Guests receive a one-time use wristband, which must be worn during their visit.

  • Residents must sign in with pool monitors and register all guests before using the pool.

  • Unaccompanied minors (14+ years) and house guests must follow the wristband process.

  • Residents are responsible for the conduct and any damages caused by their guests.


Guest Policy

  • Max 4 guests per household per day.

  • Guests must be accompanied by a resident aged 18 or older.

  • House guests staying overnight may use the pool for the duration of their stay.

  • Residents must be present with their guests at all times.


Babysitter/Guardian Policy

  • Babysitter must be 18+ years old and stay with children at the pool.

  • Parents must submit a signed letter (with babysitter’s name, age, emergency contact info, and children’s names/ages) to: sreeves@heritageproperty.com


Rules for Health, Safety & Behavior

  • No smoking or vaping inside the fenced pool or patio area.

  • No diving, running, boisterous behavior, or rough play.

  • No glass containers or grills inside the fenced area.

  • No gum, food, or drinks allowed in the pool water.

  • No animals allowed inside the pool/patio or VAC building.

  • No open wounds in the pool.

  • Proper swimwear required – family-friendly only.

  • Children not toilet-trained must wear swim diapers and/or rubber pants.

    • $150 fine for contamination. Report immediately to pool monitor.


Facility Use & Cleanliness

  • Music must be kept at moderate levels. No explicit language.

  • Pool furniture must remain within the pool area.

  • Clean up after yourself and use trash receptacles. Wipe down tables after use.

  • Use of playgrounds and putting green is at your own risk – they are not monitored.

  • Only board-approved instructors may conduct swim lessons.

  • Pool parties are not permitted.


Amenity Suspension

Pool privileges may be suspended for:

  • Non-payment of HOA dues

  • Violations of HOA legal documents or amenity rules

 

Infraction Policy

Violation of these rules may result in fines and suspension of pool privileges. It is each owners’ responsibility to comply with the pool rules.  Owners are responsible for their guests.


First Infraction:

  • Verbal request to stop behavior; incident documented.

  • Letter with details of the violation and pool rules will be sent.

Second Infraction:

  • 30-day suspension of pool privileges.

  • Underage violators must be accompanied by an adult from the residence.

  • Notification letter will be sent.

Immediate Suspension:

  • Any person posing a significant health or safety risk may be suspended for the remainder of the season.
